Although it's been quiet for Lil Wayne's name when it comes to talk of who holds the top spot in Hip-Hop presently, he is still a very accomplished artist who has more to offer to the history and legacy of the music industry. While Drake and Nicki Minaj have carried the torch and continued to shine in the spotlight, Wayne has been a little more low-key recently, but it looks like that is about to change.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting a new album from Weezy, and based off of a very vague Twitter post my Drake, his next project may actually be closer to release than fans realized. Drake simply tweeted, "CARTER V," as if to remind the public not to forget about the new album from Lil Wayne. Check out Drake's tweet above
